Jordy Construction was awarded the contract to convert a 58,000 square foot former in-line skating center to a complete functional facility for this cutting edge advertising agency – as well as an eight week timeframe. A complete electrical upgrade and several other significant challenges needed to be handled all while work in the tight schedule.
